For Harlem Township Heritage, volunteers are everythng – from the core of constant volunteers who have stuck with the efforts to bring events to the community since planning began for the Bicentennial in 2009, to the casual volunteers who help out once in a while, all of the volunteers who help out with activities in Harlem Township are vitally important. Without them we would not have a community celebration in August, decorated trees in the park in December, chicken noodle dinners, military markers on all veteran graves, and the list goes on.

If you've ever thought about joining in to help with activities within our township and are interested in the types of activities Harlem Township Heritage provides (or have some suggestions of new ones you think we should try), come to one of our meetings and join in. We meet on the third Thursday of the month at 7pm in the Community Room of the firehouse unless otherwise publicized. We'd love to have you join us. And since this is a volunteer organization, there are no membership dues.
